JOB FUNCTION: As a Market Clerk, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality meat products to our customers and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our market department. Your expertise in meat cutting and product knowledge will contribute to our reputation for delivering top-notch quality meats and exceptional service. Required Qualifications: • Skills & Abilities • Ability to operate scanning devices. • Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines. • Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly. • Years of Experience • Must be a minimum of 18 years old. • 2+ years of experience preferred • Education • Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent or equivalent experience.
