What We Offer: • Insurance access after 31 days of employment • Low-cost medical insurance (starting at ~$5/week) • Dental and vision insurance options • Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off & holiday pay • Company-paid life insurance Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Learn, train and work along side our knowledgeable Journeyman technicians installing all aspects associated with commercial HVAC equipment and controls. • Assemble materials and equipment needed for job completion • Transport tools and supplies to job sites and keep proper tool inventory • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas • Safely handle and lift materials (must be able to lift over 75 lbs) • Follow all company safety policies and wear required protective equipment • Gather and return salvageable materials to the warehouse Qualifications: What You'll Bring: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Mechanical or related skilled trades background/experience preferred. High School diploma, or GED equivalent. • Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary. • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
