Must demonstrate knowledge of inventory maintenance, and be able to restock inventory and par locations. Pick up and return items to decontamination room for reprocessing.Essential FunctionsDecontaminate, and clean soiled patient medical devices according to prescribed procedures and aseptic techniques.Assist in pick up and collect soiled patient equipment and bring them to designated cleaning area following the designated.Redistribute cleaned patient medical devices to an established equipment par location by unit.Inspect, monitor, and verify patient medical equipment is in good working condition; remove from service for repair and/or maintenance.Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.Perform physical requirements as described in the Physical Requirements section.Education QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED RequiredExperience QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in hospital supply, preparing and distributing medical supplies and equipment RequiredSkills And AbilitiesAbility to recognize and respond to emergent needs.Able to work independently.Organizational and prioritization setting skills.Must be able to work collaboratively with others.Outstanding customer service skills.Ability to communicate effectively.Basic computer skills including Excel and Word.Children's is the very best for kids and the very best for your career!
