Main Ingredients of the Job • Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times • Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas • Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures • Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable • Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience • Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection Physical Requirements • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required • Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required What You Bring to the Table • Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse* • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications • Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required • Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations • Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records. Driver Helper Delivery

This position involves tasks that, if performed under the influence of drugs or alcohol, could expose the team member or others to serious bodily injury. PURPOSE Assists Driver in delivering customer orders; assists in loading and off-loading product; or drives pilot vehicle for oversize loads. May deliver customer orders using a company van or pickup truck under 10,000 GVW. Work is performed under the direction of department supervisor or manager. Does NOT require a Commercial Motor Vehicle license. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assists with loading and appropriately securing product onto or inside delivery vehicle using motorized or non-motorized material handling equipment. • Assists Driver in delivering and off-loading product at customer facility. With assistance from Driver will carry product (i.e., drywall, windows, doors, etc) to a designated area at the customer site. • Delivers customer orders to customer site using a company van or pickup truck. Obtains signed proof of delivery. • Drives pilot vehicle for oversize loads, ensuring compliance with appropriate safety regulations. • Inspects and maintains delivery vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Plans and paces own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals. • Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attends periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures. • Other duties may be assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and one (1) year experience performing these or similar tasks, or equivalent combination of education, training or experience. Valid driver's license required.
