Responsibilities: Customer Journey Management • Support the customer intake process by setting appointment expectations and delivering a quality experience throughout. • Perform effective schedule management by coordinating, screening, and confirming appointments both in-person and over the phone. • Drive customer appointments to support store performance by making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Store Administration & Operations • Monitor inventory, assist with billing and invoicing, and manage customer inquiries and walk-ins. • Ensure data accuracy and privacy by maintaining the customer database and remaining compliant with protected healthcare data regulations. • Provide routine after-care services, including troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintaining hearing aid devices. Retail Sales & Marketing Support • Partner with the Hearing Care Professional to engage in marketing efforts, office promotions, and social media initiatives. • Prepare customer appointments and engage in the sale of hearing aid accessories. Must-Have Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting and 2+ years in a direct customer support role. • Appointment Management: 2+ years of experience with appointment setting and customer database management. • Communication: Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred. • Background in administration, reception, or customer service. • Motivated to help drive sales goals and contribute to a purpose-driven environment. This role requires operating a Class B commercial vehicle, or other company vehicle, in compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations, as well as company safety standards. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading beverage products, inspecting vehicles before and after routes, verifying delivery invoices and documentation, and ensuring products are delivered in excellent condition. The ideal candidate possesses a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to build positive customer relationships. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the physical ability to lift, move, and deliver beverage cases, kegs, and related products throughout the workday. Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Safely operate company delivery vehicles in accordance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations and company safety standards. • Deliver products to customer locations according to established routes and schedules. • Load, unload, and transport products, including cases, kegs, and related merchandise. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. • Verify delivery orders, invoices, and other required documentation for accuracy. • Ensure products are delivered in excellent condition and placed according to customer requirements. • Collect signatures, complete delivery paperwork, and maintain accurate delivery records. • Provide professional and courteous customer service during all customer interactions. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and commercial team members regarding delivery status or issues. • Follow all company safety procedures, including proper lifting, loading, and unloading techniques. • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. • Assist with warehouse, inventory, and other operational duties as assigned.
