Position Summary The CDL Driver I is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering catering items, beverages, and equipment to assigned aircraft on schedule and in full compliance with aviation safety standards. This role works closely with flight crews, ramp agents, and internal teams to ensure each flight is properly catered and ready for departure. Reports to: Lead Flight Coordinator Schedule: Rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation (weekends/holidays as needed) Flight Catering • Load and unload meals, beverages, and equipment onto catering trucks. • Safely operate trucks and lift platforms to deliver catering to aircraft doors. • Verify accuracy of load sheets and ensure all items meet flight requirements. • Deliver catering on schedule to meet strict departure timelines. • Communicate with flight attendants and ramp staff regarding changes or needs. Safety and Compliance • Follow all FAA, TSA, DOT, and airport safety guidelines while operating on the ramp. • Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. • Maintain a valid DOT medical card and adhere to random drug/alcohol screening. • Use required PPE and follow HACCP/GMP food safety procedures. • Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or incidents immediately. Equipment and Warehouse Support • Maintain truck cleanliness, organization, and readiness. • Assist with replenishing carts, staging equipment, and returning trays/pans. • Support warehouse operations during downtime, including sorting equipment and resetting carts. • Participate in spill-response procedures and maintain up-to-date documentation. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with flight crew and airport staff. • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced aviation environment. • Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety at all times. • Excellent time management and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in refrigerated environments. Requirements Job Requirements • CDL Class B license required. • Minimum 12 years commercial driving experience preferred. • Must pass: • DOT medical exam • Pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing • TSA, Customs, and airport background checks • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 5075 lbs repeatedly. • Ability to climb, bend, and safely work on elevated truck platforms. • Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible schedules (24/7 operation). • English required; bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. Work Environment • Combination of warehouse, ramp, and aircraft access areas. • Exposure to outdoor weather, refrigerated storage, and high-traffic zones. • PPE required at all times in operational areas.

Driver The responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for collecting customer information regardless of media type. Additionally, this position, while operating company vehicles, will use the utmost care and discretion by adhering to federal and state transportation laws and any related company policies. While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, read, and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material. Position Summary Provide customer service through the delivery and/or pick-up of parts and other products. Unload products from shipping vehicles and store at the appropriate storage area in the warehouse. Provide support to the warehouse operations of the branch. Delivery function accounts for about 50% of time. Maintain a clean vehicle and operate vehicle in a safe manner daily. • Manually, load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms or lifting devices. • Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas. • Package, label and ship customer orders by UPS, US Mail, bus, motor freight and local truck deliveries. • Move controls, levers and devices to drive industrial forklifts to transport materials between loading, unloading, processing and storage areas. • Complete forklift operator training annually, provided by The Company. • Check all loadrelated documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate. • Check vehicles before driving to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order. • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and emptying trash as necessary. • Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles immediately. • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew as needed; check that vehicle position is correct and any special loading equipment is properly positioned. • Maintain logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations. • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
