What You Bring to the Table Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. rarely. Strength: Must have a hand grip force of at least 50 lbs. in each hand and the ability to pull a pallet jack requiring 75 lbs. of pull. Agility: Frequent walking, standing, crouching, and occasional climbing of step ladders. Reliability: High School Diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
