For this role, we need qualified individuals to manage warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and distributing materials and equipment to ensure efficient field and project support. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service; • Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment; • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits; • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary; • Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations; • Operate and maintain preventive warehouse vehicles and equipment; • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License; • Forklift Certification; • Experience in working with MS Excel Tracker; • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker; • Ability to lift 50 pounds; • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods; • Good organizational and time management skills.
