ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. § Cleans hotel guestrooms, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways. § Sorts, counts, fold, marks, or carries hotel linens. § Cleans hotel according to franchise standards and within required timeframes to include but not limited to: stripping and making beds; dusting furniture; washing walls, ceiling, and woodwork; vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floor; washing windows, door panels, and sills; emptying wastebaskets, and emptying and cleaning ashtrays; cleaning and vacuuming rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies; and cleaning bathroom sink, toilet and tubs/showers stalls. § Replenishes supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses and writing supplies. § Moves furniture, hangs drapes, and rolls carpets to ensure compliance with franchise requirements. § Transports trash and waste to disposal area. § Replaces light bulbs. § Stocks, organizes, and maintains housekeeping carts and equipment. § Greets guests in warm, friendly manner. § Ensures key control and security policies to maintain the guest's privacy and security of personal belongings when working in guestrooms. § Use all materials, chemicals and tools safely to avoid injury, waste, unnecessary damage or accidents. § Communicate with maintenance department regarding room needs. KHC POLICIES: Responsible for following all KHC policies and procedures as set forth in the KHC handbook and property specific guidelines/standards. These policies include dress code, safety and performance standards. Employees must also maintain a professional image and report to work as scheduled. Job Overview This position is a Service Coordinator supporting the Customer Center and serving the compressed air needs of the industrial sector. The Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, and efficiently and effectively coordinating service technicians to meet customer needs. Service Coordinators will manage and communicate with customers, sales teams, and management, while adhering to all order management and operational requirements of the position. Responsibilities • Answer incoming service calls and schedule technicians to perform preventive maintenance and service repairs. • Maximize operating efficiency and effectiveness when scheduling and tracking service technicians. • Guide and develop service technicians as appropriate, assisting in technical issue resolution. • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing. • Manage service inventory and rental fleets (repair status, location, etc.). • Ensure environmental, health and safety, as well as Operational Excellence adherence in the Customer Center. • Assist with the auditing process. • Earn customer loyalty by effectively managing customer interactions and ensuring satisfaction. Requirements • High school diploma or GED • 2+ years of experience in a related field required. Core Competencies • Forklift certification a plus (will be provided if needed). • This position is highly physical, requiring regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs regularly and occasionally lift/move 40+ lbs. • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld computers (smartphone, iPad). UPS is seeking Package Delivery Drivers to safely operate delivery trucks and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading packages, following a scheduled delivery route, operating a UPS delivery vehicle, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups. Drivers must be comfortable driving a delivery truck, and some locations may require the ability to drive a manual transmission delivery vehicle. This position requires passing a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and maintaining a valid driver's license with a clean driving record in accordance with UPS and DOT regulations. This position typically pays $45 per hour or more for full-time UPS package delivery drivers, with additional overtime pay available during peak seasons.Drivers are responsible for meeting daily delivery quotas, using handheld scanners to track and confirm deliveries, following all UPS safety procedures, lifting and carrying packages, and maintaining a professional appearance while representing UPS.
