Responsibilities Reporting & Analysis• Refresh monthly operational dashboards for ambulatory service lines and field all data related questions from leadership• Provide analytical consultation to ambulatory leadership• Support reporting and extract projects: formulate methodology, establish data requirements, identify consumer deliverables, and determine tasks and timing • Develop and run reports, extracts, and dashboards as requested within the ambulatory enterprise to provide information to help improve operations and system performance• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly reports and distribute to appropriate personnel• Maintain a working knowledge of the data structure to report findings accurately and efficiently in a meaningful and understandable manner • Execute analyses, communicate trends, patterns and make the results accessible and relevant to a wide variety of consumers• Create appropriate documentation that allows team members and other stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis and or replicate the analysis if necessary• Perform market analysis to survey existing and perspective growth opportunities• Develop tools for operational leaders to capitalize on revenue and cost saving opportunities• Demonstrate the ability to meet the department work schedule and provide regular status reports to the manager• Perform other duties and special projects as requested by the manager to facilitate the smooth and effective operations of the department Education, Communication, & Support• Assists with training, development, and mentoring of staff• Provides data education and presentations to internal staff and clients• Collaborate effectively with other team members, the ambulatory enterprise, and consumers• Participates in and coordinates status meeting and conference calls as needed for assigned projects Establishing Partnerships• Work with cross organizational teams to support strategic initiatives• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop ambulatory key performance indicator targets Qualifications Education Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or other related field Experience 2+ years of work experience in a related position.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
