Part-time Delivery Driver - Retail Paint Store Store Hours: 7:00 am -5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Saturday. Closed Sundays! Flexible scheduling available! Position Summary: The Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for driving the delivery vehicle over established routes to deliver products to clients and customers. As a Delivery Driver, you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers both in-store and during deliveries. Will assist with counter sales as well. #paint #coatings Job Responsibilities: • Deliver products to customers safely and efficiently using a company vehicle • Follow designated routes and time schedules to ensure products are delivered promptly • Load and unload the delivery vehicle • Prepare orders by mixing/tinting products to customers' specifications • Accurately identify and match paint colors • Assist customers over the phone and in the store with orders and questions • Accurately process cash and credit card transactions while properly maintaining a cash drawer • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services • Collaborate with coworkers and managers to maintain a smooth workflow • Other duties as assigned by management Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: • Must have a Valid Driver's License • Must be punctual and dependable • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment • Must be a team player • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently • Basic computer skills and math skills • Must be able to distinguish the difference between colors • High school diploma or comparable certification (GED) • Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English) • Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service positions is a plus but not required This job requires standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching overhead, gripping, squatting, lifting, and carrying the product to and from delivery and customer vehicles, as well as to areas within the store and, possibly, job delivery sites.
