Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has openings for full-time Kitchen Utility on our culinary team. SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking utensils and equipment, the Kitchen Utility plays a vital role on ourCulinary Team. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sets up and operates dish machine and pot and pan sinks. Keeps area clean at all times. • Prepares tableware for washing by removing food residue, sorting china, and running tableware through dish machine. • Properly stores all clean and sanitized tableware, buffet platters, and displays. • Gathers and properly washes, rinses, and sanitizes all cooking utensils and kitchen equipment and returns them to their proper places. • Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, coolers, storage areas, etc. • Cleans garbage cans with soap and water on a regular basis. Breaks down and empties boxes. • Performs food preparation tasks as assigned. *Vaccination not required COMPENSATION: Competitive based on experience. Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has openings for full-time experienced line cooks in our Main Clubhouse and various outlets. Currently undergoing a full Golf renovation, we are excited to re-open our 18-hole Championship Golf Course and brand new Golf Clubhouse whichwill include two new dining outlets. SUMMARY: As a member of the Kitchen Culinary Team, you will set up and maintain your work station for lunch and/or dinner service. Line Cooks will work as a team with each other as well as with servers and supervisors to ensure all orders are accurate and prepared in a timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections in addition to the weekly specials. • Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare Kitchen menu items and specials. • Cross-train on all Kitchen stations: Pantry, Grill, Flat, and Prep. • Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can always be organized and easily accessible. • Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler on a daily basis.
