POSITION SUMMARY: The Stocking Associate performs various merchandise stocking duties both in Receiving & on the Sales Floor. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. • Organizes and manages back stock daily. • Replenishes product on shelves and in back stock as required per Merchandising guidelines. • Unloads trucks as needed. • Remains Product “expert” through ongoing product knowledge training. • Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales and plan-o-grams. • Assists with pricing maintenance and signing. • Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies. • Follows all Company Policies and Procedures. • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience. Frito-Lay is seeking Warehouse Workers / Material Handlers to work in distribution centers loading, unloading, moving, and organizing snack products for delivery routes. Warehouse Workers are responsible for loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, moving product throughout the warehouse, picking and packing orders, building pallets, shrink-wrapping pallets, and using pallet jacks or forklifts to move product. Employees must follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour, with additional pay for overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts, and some locations may offer attendance bonuses, performance bonuses, and peak season incentives.Warehouse Workers are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, scanning products into inventory systems, stacking and wrapping pallets, and preparing orders for delivery drivers.
