Requirements and Qualifications: • Ability to follow the instructions of assigned crew leader. • Ability to work alone or within a group. • Meet or exceed standard units per hour expectations (Target goals will be based on previously studied averages and shared with employees) • Meet or exceed product quality standards. • Assist shipping and receiving with unloading trucks and checking in merchandise. • Prepares orders by pulling materials; making boxes; packing boxes; labeling; placing orders in delivery area. • Sort, stack loose or boxed material on racks, shelves or on pallets. • Assist in other LiveTrends' departments. • Assist in counting of physical inventory. • Organize or clean the greenhouse, warehouse, lunchroom, and/or restrooms. • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time. • Ability to climb or balance as needed. • Ability to bend or twist. • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. • Practice Workplace Housekeeping. • Additional Duties as Assigned. • Contribute to team effort by demonstrating our company core values. Hours Per Week • Normal work hours- 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday Apopka • Depending on workload, personnel are required to work late as needed to complete the day's orders. Waste Management is seeking Trash Collectors / Sanitation Workers to assist with residential and commercial waste collection on assigned routes. Sanitation Workers are responsible for riding on the back of garbage trucks, collecting trash and recycling bins, emptying bins into the truck, and ensuring routes are completed safely and efficiently. Employees may also assist drivers with navigation, checking routes, and ensuring safe operation during pickups. This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, early morning shift pay, holiday pay, and performance or safety bonuses depending on location and route.Sanitation Workers are responsible for collecting trash and recycling, lifting and dumping bins into the garbage truck, operating hydraulic packers when trained, assisting drivers, following safety procedures, and ensuring routes are completed on schedule. The primary purpose of your job position is to assist the Plant Operations Director with the maintenance and repair program involving buildings and grounds. Also assists in coordinating maintenance and repair activities with functions of other departments, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and Solaris HealthCare's established policies and procedures. Education: • High School diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of the TELS Maintenance Program a plus. Experience: • Experience in the Healthcare Industry a plus. • Nursing home experience preferred. • Basic plumbing and electrical experience preferred Specific Requirements: • Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language. • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. • Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served. Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept. • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. • Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel. • Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level in which they are currently functioning. • Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing activities. Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition. • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace. Physical and Sensory Requirements (With or Without the Aid of Mechanical Devices): • Must be able to move frequently throughout the workday. • Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.
