As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first impression for our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay you will build lasting impressions and gain loyal guests by handling all questions, requests and complaints promptly and courteously. Previous customer service experience where you have been guest facing in a fast-paced environment is ideal. To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology. This job requires you to stand for an entire shift and you also must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Work with the team to assure that the PCLI philosophy of quality and caring treatment of patients and staff is upheld in all daily surgical activities. Assist Circulator, Scrub and Physician by cleaning surgical instruments and providing sterilized instruments for each case. (Entry level position - training provided.)
