This role is responsible for planning, optimizing, and reporting on sponsored product campaigns, while collaborating closely with both internal Harvest teams and external client stakeholders. The Digital Advertising Manager will act as a hands-on expert, ensuring campaigns deliver against client objectives and identifying opportunities for optimization. Success in this role requires a balance of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and clear communication to translate complex advertising data into actionable insights. Responsibilities • Execute and optimize paid search advertising campaigns across multiple retail media platforms (Walmart, Sam's Club, Amazon, Target, Kroger, etc.). • Manage campaign builds, budgets, and performance reporting to ensure alignment with client goals. • Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and drive sales impact. • Deliver weekly reporting with performance insights and strategic next steps. • Partner with Harvest account teams, external clients, and retail media stakeholders to maximize campaign success. • Stay current on retail media best practices, platform updates, and new opportunities in the paid search ecosystem. • Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and internal teams to guide advertising strategy and execution. Requirements • 3+ years of experience managing retail media campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Instacart, or similar. • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights. • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • Self-starter with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Ability to work independently while also collaborating cross-functionally. • Strong attention to detail and able to make connections between small changes and big results • Willingness to travel Preferred • Experience building and managing advertising strategies across multiple retailers. • Agency or multi-client environment experience.
