What You'll Be Doing: The Impact You'll Make • Be the Identity Security Guru: Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned clients, providing high-level technical guidance and strategic direction throughout their Saviynt journey. • Architect and Define Solutions: Lead the technical definition, scoping, and design of complex identity security solutions, translating intricate client requirements into robust, scalable Saviynt deployments. This includes comprehensive RFP responses, detailed professional services estimates, project plans, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs), and Statements of Work (SOWs). • Own the Technical Delivery: Take full ownership of the technical execution of SOWs, orchestrating the successful delivery of professional services. This involves hands-on oversight, troubleshooting, and acting as the primary escalation point for all project-related technical challenges. • Strategic Client Engagement: Conduct regular, in-depth technical reviews with customers, proactively identifying potential issues, optimizing their Saviynt environment, and ensuring maximum platform utilization and value realization. • Proactive Problem Solving: Monitor support requests and client environments to identify recurring technical patterns, championing product enhancements or process improvements within Saviynt to address systemic issues. • Drive Expansion & Adoption: Partner with account teams to identify and cultivate up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities by demonstrating how Saviynt can solve evolving identity security challenges and improve business outcomes. • Technical Enablement: Develop and deliver advanced technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they can independently leverage the full power of the Saviynt platform. • Internal Collaboration: Act as a critical liaison between clients, our Customer Professional Services (CPS) team, Engineering, and Product Management, ensuring client feedback drives product innovation and technical excellence. • Operational Excellence: Assist with regional services resourcing and forecasting, and manage timesheet and invoicing approvals, ensuring seamless operational flow. What You Bring (Your Identity Security Arsenal) • Extensive Identity Security Experience (10–15 years): Proven history of delivering enterprise-class Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including hands-on engineering, architecture, and complex technical problem-solving. • Proven Project Leadership (10+ years): Demonstrated success leading the scoping, planning, and delivery of large-scale, high-stakes identity security projects for enterprise clients, from initiation through post-go-live optimization. • Client-Facing Acumen: Exceptional skill in building trusted advisor relationships with senior-level clients and partners, combining technical credibility with strategic insight. • Complex Project Management Mastery: Expert ability to manage multiple concurrent, technically complex identity projects, balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. • Comprehensive Project Lifecycle Expertise: Deep knowledge of project planning, resource management, scope definition, schedule management, status reporting, and the production of meticulous technical documentation. Technical Stack Proficiency: • Core Web Technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML. • Database Management: Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL. • Directory Services: LDAP, Active Directory. • Enterprise HR Systems: SAP, PeopleSoft. • Programming Languages: Java,.NET, or C++. • Identity Management Provisioning Systems: (e.g., legacy Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell, or similar modern platforms). • Security Software/IT Audit: A strong understanding of broader security principles and practices, or experience in internal IT audit. Security Domain Knowledge • Mandatory IGA Experience: Must have substantial Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience. • PAM Knowledge (Desirable): Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) is a plus. • Integration Technology: Experience with integration technologies such as REST, LDAP, and database connectors. • Directory Services: Knowledge of directory services including LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD. • SaaS Platform Expertise: Must have experience working with SaaS security platforms. • Security Frameworks (Desirable): Understanding of security frameworks like Zero Trust, NIST, and ISO27001 is a strong advantage. IGA Product Experience • Core IGA Platforms: Must have experience working with one or more of the following IGA products: SailPoint, Okta, Oracle OIM, or Saviynt. • Other Security Products (Nice to have): Experience with Pathlock, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea is beneficial. • Access Management (Nice to know): Familiarity with Access Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) concepts. About the Role The Clinical Clearance Specialist is a fully remote 1099 contractor role within Charlie Health's Clinical Operations / Admissions function. This RN serves as the dedicated clinical reviewer for escalated admissions cases involving eating disorder (ED) and substance use disorder (SUD) presentations—cases that require nursing-level clinical expertise beyond the independent decision-making scope of the CAT team, but that do not require physician review. You will own the clearance review queue, interpret labs, vitals, and EKGs, issue timely admission determinations, and serve as the primary clinical bridge between the admissions team and medical leadership. Responsibilities • Receive, triage, and independently review escalated clinical clearance requests submitted by the CAT/CAA team • Apply nursing clinical judgment to determine admission appropriateness for complex ED and SUD presentations • Review and interpret ED medical clearance labs (electrolytes, CBC, prealbumin, phosphorous, liver function) and integrate findings into clearance determinations • Evaluate EKG findings relevant to ED presentations—bradycardia, QTc prolongation, ST/T wave changes—in context of nutritional and electrolyte status • Assess orthostatic vital signs and recognize hemodynamic instability • Issue timely clearance outcomes (clear for admission or refer out for HLOC) and communicate directly to CATs • Serve as clinical liaison between the CAT team and medical leadership; prepare organized case summaries for physician-level escalations • Track and follow up on pending lab results; coordinate with clients and providers to eliminate admission delays • Maintain the clinical clearance queue in Salesforce; ensure all 'Admission Pending — Clinical Clearance' cases are reviewed promptly • Coordinate MAT-related clearances per state/insurance eligibility criteria; escalate to medical leadership as needed • Identify process gaps and recommend updates to decision trees, templates, and SOPs • Contribute to CAT team training on clinical clearance expectations and escalation criteria Requirements • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; unrestricted licensure required • Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience; behavioral health, medical-surgical, or eating disorder/SUD-adjacent settings strongly preferred • Working knowledge of ED medical stability criteria: %IBW, percent weight change, BMI thresholds, and refeeding syndrome risk • Ability to review and interpret ED lab panels and identify clinically significant flags: electrolyte abnormalities, CBC deviations, nutritional markers, and liver function • Comfort reviewing EKGs for ED-relevant findings in the context of electrolyte status and nutritional presentation • Working knowledge of SUD presentations including withdrawal risk, MAT, and SUD level-of-care criteria • Strong knowledge of level-of-care frameworks (IOP, PHP, residential, inpatient) and LOCUS criteria • Excellent written communication; ability to document clinical reasoning clearly and concisely • Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn Salesforce or similar CRM/admissions platforms • Familiarity with ASAM criteria preferred; experience in virtual/telehealth behavioral health settings preferred • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus • Work authorized in the United States Compensation & Benefits This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
