Every call you take supports essential services that people rely on every day—from residential pickup to commercial operations. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $22–$23/hour (DOE) + regular wage increases Bonus Opportunity: Earn additional incentive pay up to $500/month (up to $6,000/year total) based on performance! Duties and Responsibilities: • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer concerns efficiently while learning our proprietary systems • Handle inbound calls and in-person inquiries regarding service setup, changes, billing questions, and account support • Accurately enter and maintain customer information, service orders, and documentation • Prepare service-related paperwork, including contracts, deposits, changes, and cancellations • Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage customer accounts effectively • Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and long-term relationships • Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve issues and identify customer needs • Thrive in a high-volume call center environment, while identifying opportunities to educate customers and recommend additional services • Provide reception/front desk coverage as needed Working Conditions and Physical Demands: • Office-based role in a clean, well-lit, and team-focused environment • Individual workstation with computer, phone, and headset • Fast-paced setting with back-to-back calls and performance expectations • Calls may be monitored for quality assurance and training purposes • Prolonged sitting, typing, and screen time throughout the day Minimum Job Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems; strong typing and 10-key skills required. • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, including data collection, reporting, and solution development.
