This position is responsible for cleaning, detailing, reconditioning, and preparing vehicles for customer delivery and lot presentation standards. Compensation is production-based under a flat-rate pay structure. Earnings may vary depending on productivity, efficiency, experience, and workflow volume. Encourage Guest participation in the Refreshing Rewards loyalty program. • Clean windows, floors, shelving, counters, and restrooms per Store Operating System Game Plans.
