Daily meals and snacks are provided free of cost.What you'll do on a typical day:Inventory Management* Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory, including racks & trays, networking equipment, and other hardware* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation for all items received and shipped* Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepanciesShipping and Receiving* Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments* Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments* Upload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness* Transport inventory by hand using material handling equipment (i.e. pallet jacks) in accordance with all safety procedures and protocolFacility Maintenance* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including storage areas and shipping/receiving docks* Assist with the disposal of packaging materials and obsolete equipment as neededCompliance and Safety* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.* Compile with Data Center security measures and access controlsSupport and Collaboration* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data center operations, procurement, and technical support, to fulfill inventory and logistics needs* Provide support for special projects or initiatives as directed by management* Complete other duties that may be assigned as required with consideration for quality, safety and efficiencyAssembly* Assist in the setup and installation of computer server racks according to provided instructions* Help in the assembly of server racks by following diagrams and guidelines provided by senior team members* Handle basic tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete installation tasks.* Support senior technicians in cable management and organization within the server racksWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:* To be at least 18 years of age* High school diploma or equivalent* 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields* Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, as well as proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)* The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents* Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts pallet jacksIt'd be great if you also have:* Additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and safely in a team setting* Ensure a positive, respectful, and professional attitude if everything you do* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when neededThis job requires the ability to:* Ability to lift and move heavy material and perform physical tasks related to handling server trays and server racks* Use power equipment to assist the team with safely moving very heavy server racks into position in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines* Carry objects 3-5 feet weighing up to 50 lbs, routinely* Stand for prolonged periods of time >4 hours* Walk continuously for more than 10,000 steps (4-5) miles per day* Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull objects of various shapes and sizes in team lift.* Tolerate hot and cold work environmentsWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer including Disabled/Veterans.GXO adheres to CDC, OSHA and state and local requirements regarding COVID safety. Shift: 4:00 AM-1:30 PM Hourly Rate: $23.42 an hour Job Summary: The Dough Maker is responsible for but not limited to the following mixing and loading ingredients into dough kettle according to batch sheets in a timely manner, transporting dough to production areas for use, cleaning machine parts and tools, and ensuring general housekeeping is maintained to meet GMP, quality and safety regulations. Essential Job Functions: • Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations • Ability to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for position • Ability to move up to 55 lbs. • Good communication skills • Basic math skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to move wheeled cart weighing approximately 1200 lbs approximately 30 feet Job Duties: • Obtain daily schedule and tools/utensils necessary for start up • Compete all required documentation in English (e.g., scale verification, batch blend, time blend, SSOP, ABM belt check, centerline check, inventory tracking form) • Overview and assemble cleaned machine parts as required • Set machine controls to proper settings according to procedure • Load ingredients to dough kettles and monitor batch process • Review SAP recipes in English • Transport dough to the line in a timely manner • Clean machine parts, tools and utensils and return to 5s position • Perform general housekeeping duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping, etc.) • May perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: • Ability to understand the affects of product damage and loss • Ability to solve problems independently • Ability to work individually as well as with others as a team at all levels • Knowledge of GMP's • Ability to be LOTO certified • Ability to be PIT certified • Ability to work with pork, chicken, beef and shellfish products in addition to many other ingredients and allergens Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 months of production or related experience required.
