Warehouse Associate CoWorx is seeking a Data Center Warehouse Associate to play a critical role in the efficient operation of our growing data center environment in the Council Bluffs, IA area. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys hands-on work, and has experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations. As a Data Center Logistics Associate, you'll help ensure that critical equipment and materials are received, tracked, stored, and delivered accurately while supporting server rack assembly and installation activities. Responsibilities: • Inventory Management • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory, including server racks, trays, networking equipment, and other hardware • Maintain inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all received and shipped materials • Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies • Shipping & Receiving • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors and carriers • Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments • Unload, unpack, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries • Move inventory using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, while following safety procedures • Facility Maintenance • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Organize storage areas and shipping/receiving docks • Assist with the disposal of packaging materials and decommissioned equipment • Compliance & Safety • Follow all company safety policies and procedures • Adhere to data center security requirements and access controls • Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards • Support & Collaboration • Partner with data center operations, procurement, and technical teams to support inventory and logistics requirements • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives • Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety • Assembly & Installation Support • Assist with the installation and setup of computer server racks • Assemble server racks following diagrams, procedures, and work instructions • Safely use hand tools and equipment required for installation tasks • Support cable management and rack organization activities alongside senior technicians Desired Background/Skills: • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials, including server trays and server racks • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift • Ability to safely operate powered equipment used to position and move heavy server racks in accordance with established safety guidelines • Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Professional, positive, and safety-focused attitude • Flexibility to work overtime as needed Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started! How You Will Create the Extraordinary Interacts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional manner while taking food/beverage orders, accepting payment through cash, credit, check and comps, delivery of order to guests, and bussing and cleaning of dining area. Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and flatware from tables and countertops, transports to dish area, and maneuvers carts in confined spaces. Responsible for the monitoring and replenishing of all food and beverage products in work area by stocking counters. Change out pop bibs as needed throughout shift. Ensures work area is neat, clean and sanitized before throughout shift by wiping counter areas, beverage stations, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station. Partners with culinary team to work as a team to ensure coordinated work flow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintains all equipment in proper fashion. Adheres to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policies. Supports safety and accident prevention programs (non slip footwear, proper lifting).
