Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Job Description: MMR is seeking Project Engineer candidates to manage project engineering workflows including RFIs, submittals, document control, design clarifications, material procurement support, scope tracking, installation work packages, reporting, and coordination with construction and quality teams. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following: • Manage RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications. • Maintain document control and tracking logs. • Support procurement and material expediting. • Coordinate drawing revisions and engineering communications. • Track scope changes and assist with change documentation. • Support turnover and closeout documentation. • Build and maintain installation work packages. • Coordinate with construction, quality, and safety departments to generate weekly and monthly reports consisting of project status and financials. • Ensure Field Engineers perform installation audits and tracking updates for accurate client reporting. • Assist Superintendents, Procurement, and Logistics team with bill of material for installation work packages. • Assist Assistant Project Managers with design revisions and change management process. • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management.
