Job Details ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assembles component parts using a variety of hand tools. • Pin obsidian plug to ensure components are aligned and in place. • Pill slips for assembly. • Final trim if needed. • Maintains a clean work area. • Perform work safely. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. • Record time in Mercury. • Perform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work as a team to meet daily goals • Collaborate with co-workers to problem solve QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • Basic math skills • Familiar with hand tools, bench equipment • Basic verbal and written communication skills • Reading comprehension skills • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • Able to exercise good judgement • Ability to contribute towards the success of a team PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Moderate physical effort required. • Frequent standing • Prolonged sitting • Repetitive motion of finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder or neck movement • Frequent use of finger tips • Lifting up to 20 pounds from floor to waist • Ability to speak clearly • Reaching/lifting while holding objects weighing up to 20 pounds • Seeing to visually inspect, measure/assemble at a close distance WORK ENVIRONMENT/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: • Inside manufacturing facility in a climate controlled environment • Occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals, fumes and gases • High noise level SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION: • This position is designated as a Safety Sensitive Position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring for potential threats, responding to emergencies, and enforcing rules and regulations.Schedule: SUN - WED 3 PM to 3 AMWED - SAT 3 PM 3 AM**Essential Responsibilities/Activities:*** Patrols premises, both on foot and using security vehicles, to deter and detect any unauthorized activity.* Uses various surveillance tools, such as cameras and monitoring systems, to keep an eye on activities within the facility.* Identifies suspicious behavior, potential threats, and violations of security protocols and recommends improvements to enhance security measures.* Checks identification, searches bags, and ensures that only authorized personnel enter restricted areas to prevent potential security threats.* Responds to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, and security breaches and coordinates with other agencies during critical situations.* Uses de-escalation techniques to defuse tense situations and maintain a safe environment.* Documents incidents, suspicious activities, and other relevant information in detailed reports.* Responds to alarms triggered by security systems and investigates the cause of the alarm and takes appropriate actions.* Provides customer service by assisting visitors, giving directions, and providing information about the facility's rules and regulations.* Maintains and ensures the proper functioning of security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems.* Escorts individuals off premises when necessary.**Education and Experience Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent is required. 2+ years of previous experience preferred.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.* Strong multi-taking capabilities and organizational skills.* Works effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.* Ability to maintain confidentiality.* Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.* Ability to work with law enforcement agencies as necessary.* Basic experience in Microsoft Office products.* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.**Work Environment:*** Ability to lift up to 50lbs.* Ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods.* Requires working in seasonal hot and cold temperatures and exposure to dust and chemical fumes.**Disclaimer:** Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
