Position: Admissions Administrative Assistant Reports To: Head of Admissions Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt Schedule: 52 Week (3 days/week in the summer) Benefits: Full Benefit Eligible Job Summary: The Admissions Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Head of Admissions, with a primary focus on assisting with the admissions process. This position manages student databases, coordinating appointments and events, and ensuring that all student records are organized and maintained. Qualifications: • Must be a committed Christian and demonstrate a Christ-centered lifestyle. • Member of a local church in good standing. • Demonstrates spiritual and organizational leadership. • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field. • Pleasant and professional presentation of self. • Excellent communication skills, including writing, layout, and editing. • Ability to think strategically and act accordingly. • Proficiency in G Suite programs and Microsoft products. • Must maintain knowledge of school software platforms, social media platforms, and learning management systems. • Intimate knowledge and experience working with schools. Essential Functions: Admissions Support & Coordination • Create and maintain the annual admissions calendar, including screening and family interview scheduling. • Oversee all communication related to admissions appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. • Organize and prepare data and paperwork for screenings and interviews, ensuring all necessary materials are ready for administration staff. • Maintain student data specific to the admissions process, including birth certificates, immunization records, and educational records. • Maintain records for enrolled students, including testing and academic records. • Organize and maintain both digital and hardcopy student record files, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible. • Coordinate and assist with admissions events and activities. • Student Records & Administrative Support • Assist the Head of Admissions with additional duties as needed, ensuring smooth operation of the admissions process and student data management. Physical and Safety Requirements: • This is a safety-sensitive position; employees may be required to undergo drug and alcohol testing. • Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a desk or computer. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, via phone, and email. Additional Expectations: • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics. • Attend school events such as chapel, staff meetings, and other school functions when possible. • Participate in school initiatives such as fundraising, recruitment, and volunteer programs as needed. • Flexibility to take on other duties to support the school as necessary.

POSITION DUTIES: • Completes admission paperwork and assessments. • Completes documentation. • Assist with scheduling as needed and/or requested. • Initiates a comprehensive care plan and participate in resident care conferences. • Educates support personnel in appropriate nursing care. • Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility. • Consistent and thorough communication with the Director of Nursing to relay pertinent information regarding weekend activity. • Monitors residents' care daily. • Carries out physicians' orders in a timely and accurate manner. • Charts health records. • Completes reports as needed. • Adheres to safety and infection control regulations. • Performs other duties as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: • A state certified and licensed RN. • 2 years nursing experience preferred. • Must be in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Must be able to effectively read, write, and speak English. PHYSICAL DEMANDS and ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS: • Must be able to stand for multiple hours in duration. • Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to that position requirements can be met. • Must be able to squat, bend, stretch, walk and turn. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. • Occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions. • Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
