Essential Functions & Duties • Leads and coordinates the daily activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring workflow. • Oversees accurate receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming inventory (raw materials, finished goods, packaging). • Manages order picking, staging, and loading of trucks to ensure timely and accurate shipments to distributors, accounts, and internal locations. • Maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock rotation (FIFO), and proper documentation. • Operates and oversees safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. • Ensures proper handling and storage of products to maintain freshness and quality standards. • Enforces safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with OSHA and company policies. • Trains, mentors, and provides guidance to warehouse team members, under the supervision of the Logistics Manager. • Coordinates with production, sales, and logistics teams to meet shipping schedules and resolve issues. • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and loading dock areas. • Track sand reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and equipment maintenance needs. • Shift Time: TBD (either 4am-12:30pm OR 9:30am-6:00pm) • HS diploma or equivalent. • 1-2 years experience working in a production or packaging facility as a Lead or Supervisor. • Works well independently and cooperatively with others. • Strong communication skills spanning all levels within the organization. • Must maintain a valid California driver's license and be insurable on the Company's automobile insurance policy. • Ability to follow directions, read maps, and ask for assistance when necessary. • Flexible schedule to accommodate for seasonal production demands. • Forklift certification preferred. Physical Demands Heavy work: Employee typically shares workstation with others in similar positions. Time spent conducting sedentary work is less than 25%. Requires walking, standing, and/or driving for more than 75% of the workday. Lifting 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Job Title GS-13 Huntington Position Job Description The GS-13 Huntington position will perform SME level work with assignments designed to provide the competencies, skills, and experience required to perform the more complex work at the full performance grade level of GS14 duties listed below: • Lead diverse cost-estimating teams to produce cost estimates and schedules, and review and comment on resource-loaded project schedules and construction sequencing for highly complex dam safety modification projects throughout the nation. • Lead HQUSACE initiatives supporting collection and application of lessons learned on design and construction projects, and analysis of remaining capital investment and priorities for the dam safety program on a national level. • Estimate programmatic funding requirements for dam safety modifications for a portfolio of high-risk dams; estimates are used to determine project priorities on a national level for the dam safety program. • Lead a team of dam safety professionals, assigning and reviewing work, establishing priorities, ensuring resources are available, and providing input to performance evaluations. • Represent USACE on DoD and other interagency groups and conferences attended by top level representatives of industry and government. • Establish and refine cost-estimating policies and resolve problems affecting current and planned dam safety modification activities. • Develop curriculum for Center-led courses for Federal civilian and military agencies and civil infrastructure industry partners. • Perform as technical mentor for cost engineering specialists working for entities across the country, including dam safety production centers and districts. • Perform agency technical review of major rehabilitation and dam safety modification reports for USACE districts in terms of the adequacy and accuracy of schedules and cost estimates. • Lead HQUSACE initiatives supporting collection and application of lessons learned on design and construction projects, and analysis of remaining capital investment and priorities for the national dam safety program. GS-13 Pittsburgh Regional Inland NAV Design Production Center position duties are listed below: • Develop cost estimates for large and complex civil works inland navigation project systems and components. • Provide subject matter technical expertise and interface for complex risk analysis, highly specialized design, design review, construction, and rehabilitation for this diverse array of inland navigation projects and functions. • Development of cost estimates and construction schedules (including cost and schedule risk analyses) for products such as feasibility studies, major rehabilitation reports, design documentation reports, plans and specifications. • Serve as technical advisor and mentor to lower graded personnel and provide technical direction consistent with Corps policy to Districts and Architect-Engineer firms (AE). • Review/recommend approval of Decision/Implementation documents.

Engineering Team Member/Curriculum Designer

JerseySTEM is a mission-driven professional network of pro-bono contributors dedicated to improving access to STEM education and career pathways for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey. Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization's gender-equity agenda. Membership is a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit. Overview This is a pro-bono volunteer position. As a member of a team of 3-4 volunteers, develop and/or acquire as well as improve STEM Engineering Outreach Program curriculum to be delivered to middle school girls (grades 5-8) who are in underserved communities. (The Outreach Programs are typically delivered as after-school programs following a fall/spring semester schedule.) Responsibilities • Develop new and interesting STEM curriculum, and update existing curriculum • Reach out to content providers for potential partnership • Produce materials for both Program Instructors and students to use in the afterschool programs • Produce extracts of the Curriculum to fit the needs of the class • Answer content questions, and provide advice on curriculum content delivery • Leverage technology for innovative ways to deliver curriculum • Learn and practice the curriculum concepts • Use feedback from ongoing classes to improve/enhance existing curriculum • Be a proactive team member and be part of building a fun and exciting team!
