Overview CORT Furniture Rental is hiring immediately for full-time Warehouse Associates in Beaverton, Oregon! The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting with various warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, processing furniture, and maintaining the warehouse. This role ensures that furniture is rental-ready for delivery teams, contributing to an optimal customer experience. The Warehouse Associate will be cross-trained in all aspects of warehousing and may fill different roles based on daily business needs. Pay: $18 - $20 / hour depending on experience. This position is also eligible for CORT's Performance Sharing Plan (PSP) bonus plan. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM; some flexibility may be required. What We Offer • Hourly pay rate; weekly pay; paid training; 40-hours/week with occasional overtime opportunities • Promote from within culture • Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) available on the first of the month after your hire date • 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays • Company-paid disability and life insurance • Tuition reimbursement • Employee discounts and perks Responsibilities • Load and unload trucks for daily routes, ensuring no scratches or damage and correct item placement. • Pull and stage furniture for the next day's deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Clean, touch up, and repair furniture to ensure it is rental-ready. • Maintain and clean the warehouse, including breaking down cardboard and dumping trash. • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy, relocating products as needed. • Participate in safety meetings, perform daily warm-ups, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Assist driver with the delivery and pickup of furniture; help with moving, setting up, cleaning/touch-up, and breaking down furniture at delivery sites while ensuring safe handling. • Assist driver with navigation, parking, and spotting for backing up the truck. • Call customers prior to deliveries and interact with them during deliveries, providing world-class customer service. • Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications • 18 years of age or older • Reliable transportation • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred • Previous warehousing experience preferred; priority consideration will be given to candidates with more and relevant experience • Forklift Operator certification preferred; on-the-job certification provided • Physically able and willing to move furniture; ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis or 100 pounds with a partner • Able to operate equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up reach trucks • Must pass drug screening (does not include THC) as a condition of employment. Each donation can impact up to three lives, but not in its whole blood state. This is where YOU come in! We're looking for a full-time Component Technician to join our amazing team of LifeServers. As a Component Technician, you will work in our lab manufacturing whole blood donations into transfusable components (red cells, platelets, and plasma), playing a central role in the lifesaving process for patients in our communities. The manufacturing process involves the use of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and equipment, such as centrifuges. Component Technicians are also heavily involved in instrument quality control and maintenance. Shift: • Monday - Thursday 10pm - 830am • Full time Compensation: • Wages start around $18.75/hour. • This position is eligible for a $4 shift differential applied to work after 6pm and before 6am.
