Non CDL Runback Driver (Local Delivery) Join Loffredo Fresh Foods as a Non CDL Run Back Driver based out of our Des Moines Branch. We are a local, family-owned food and produce distributor that has proudly served the Midwest region for over 130 years. We distribute to 11 different states across our 7 locations. As a Run Back Driver, you are the team member that our customers interact with the most. Providing exceptional customer service is a key part of this role and is essential in maintaining our commitment to customer service. You will interact with customers professionally, ensuring a positive delivery experience and addressing any questions or concerns. Duties include taking a 4 pallet truck out to local customers in the Kansas City area. Checking orders for accuracy, inspecting product for damage, and keeping accurate records of deliveries. Pay: $18 per hour Schedule: 7 AM till the work is completed Days off: Sunday and Thursday What we look for: • Valid interstate eligible driver's license, 21+ or older • Access to reliable and punctual transportation • Pass a background check (including sex offender registry) • Willing to recertify DOT Med Card and pass a DOT drug screen • Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) and Clearinghouse full query • Must be able to read and write English • Attention to detail and accuracy in delivery orders • Must be comfortable driving a 26ft box truck What you'll do: • SAFETY FIRST. We are open Monday - Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 8am-7pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm. Please note that during busy holiday times, hour of operation will be extended to meet the needs of our customers. Employees are also expected to work extended hours during Valentine's Day and Mother's Day weeks, including Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
