Warehouse Inventory Specialist Transfer and deliver products to appropriate locations maintaining proper inventory counts going out of and coming into the warehouse. Responsibilities: • Accurately count inventories into and out of warehouse. • Transport kegs and packaged beer and beverage products. • Transport food replacement for concession stands. • Ability to lift multiple times while loading and unloading products in appropriate locations. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Maintains clean work environment within all food and beverage locations. • Actively walk arena floor for delivery of required inventory. • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor, manager, and management. • Communicate activities during shift at the end of shift with management. • Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Regular attendance is an essential job function. • Position requires the ability to work at all Legends Global venues in Wichita and Andover. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Duties: • Reports to Warehouse Manager. • Follow all rules and regulations which apply to the food and beverage department. • Attend all Training both for food and beverage department and within the venue. Qualifications: • Basic math, ability to accurately count. • Ability to lift repeatedly. • Prior experience with warehouse; delivery and loading dock, a plus. • Knowledge of beer operations a plus. • Positive attitude and neat appearance. • Must speak and understand English. We are at a turning point—we have the projects, we have the team, and we are now seeking an Estimator who wants to take ownership of our bidding department. The Role This isn't a role for someone who just wants to enter data. We are looking for a “Department Builder.” You will be responsible for the accuracy, strategy, and growth of our estimating function. As we take on more General Contracting projects, you will be on the ground floor, helping us standardize how we bid, how we track profit, and how we win. What You Will Own: • Bidding & Takeoffs: Performing accurate quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift (or your preferred software) to deliver competitive, profitable bids. • Systems Implementation: You won't just “do” bids; you'll help us build the bidding department. You'll develop templates, refine our estimating database, and create processes that make us faster and more precise. • Strategy & Analysis: Working closely with our Project Management & Superintendent team (including our Walmart retail experts) to finalize competitive proposals, ensure all scope items are covered, and identify potential profit leaks before the shovel hits the dirt. • Department Scaling: As we grow, this role will evolve into a Senior Estimator position where you will lead and mentor junior estimators. • Networking: Building relationships with vendors, suppliers, and (eventually) your own client base to ensure our pipelines stay full. Who You Are: • Hungry & Tech-Savvy: You have a solid estimating foundation but feel “stuck” in your current role. You want to see the direct impact of your bids on the company's bottom line. • Detail Driven: You understand that one missed line item on a takeoff is a disaster. You take pride in “Plan-Perfect” bids. • A Builder: You are looking for a home, not a stopover. You want a place where your input on how to estimate matters. • Team Player: You enjoy working with field superintendents and project managers to make sure what we bid is actually buildable in the real world. Required Experience & Skills: • 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience. • Proficiency in on-screen takeoff software (PlanSwift experience is a plus, but if you have a workflow you love, we're open to it). • Understanding of commercial/retail construction scope (MEP, Millwork, Carpentry, Concrete, and general retail remodels). • Strong communication skills—you'll be working directly with owners, vendors, and GCs.
