Position Summary The Zero Balance Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing Zero Balance. Reviews operations focused on identifying and recovering hospital claims that have been deemed "zero balance" and closed by client hospitals. This role requires deep knowledge of hospital reimbursement, coding, and payer behavior, as well as the ability to identify recovery opportunities across large, complex claim inventories. The Supervisor serves as both a people leader and a subject matter expert, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and measurable financial results. Key Responsibilities • Provide daily supervision, coaching, and support to assigned Zero Balance team members. • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and corrective action. • Prepare and deliver performance evaluations and account reviews in partnership with Department Leadership. • Train and mentor staff, including new hires, with a focus on accuracy, payer strategy, and zero balance recovery best practices. • Perform quality control reviews to ensure due diligence, compliance, and workflow adherence. • Identify and pursue recovery opportunities within large inventories of zero balance hospital claims. • Analyze and evaluate claim payments using EnableComp proprietary systems, tools, and payer documentation to determine compliance with contractual reimbursement. • Prepare and submit initial bill packets and appeal letters using EnableComp systems and tools. • Conduct timely and thorough follow-up with insurance companies to drive correct reimbursement. • Research, request, and compile medical records, implant invoices, and other supporting documentation required for claim resolution. • Apply coding knowledge (CPT, ICD-10, modifiers) to support claim accuracy, appeal success, and recovery strategy. • Serve as the primary escalation point for team members issues related to access and roadblocks impacting claim resolution. • Manage internal coordination, communication, and messaging related to external client requests and reported issues. • Facilitate internal meetings to address client concerns, process improvements, and operational challenges. • Communicate directly with clients regarding system access, documentation requests, payment research, training coordination, and related topics. • Partner with Managers to prioritize daily work and ensure alignment with operational goals. • Collaborate with Data Analytics to research and resolve claim, payment, and data import issues. • Work closely with Data and Product teams to investigate calculation issues and support special projects. • Support departmental and enterprise operational initiatives through cross-team collaboration. Requirements and Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree a plus. • 5+ years' experience in healthcare field working in zero balance line of business. • 5+ years' client facing/customer services experience. • 2-5 years supervisory experience. • 5+ years' experience with commercial/government billing and collections. • Proven experience in hospital revenue cycle operations, with a strong focus on zero balance or underpayment recovery. • Demonstrated ability to identify recovery opportunities within large claim inventories. • Experience working with payer portals, claims systems, and healthcare revenue cycle technology platforms. • Expert level understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing and subsequent data requirements. • Experience supporting outsourced zero balance or contingency-based recovery programs. • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Demand Generation owns EnableComp's demand generation engine - planning and executing the multi-channel campaigns that build pipeline, and, as our first dedicated content hire, creating the blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture content those campaigns run on. This role builds on the technical infrastructure the GTM Engineer maintains and the positioning the Director, Product Marketing sets, translating both into campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Manager will partner closely with Product Marketing, the Commercial Enablement Director, the Manager of Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, and the SDR function to ensure a consistent, well-coordinated path from first touch to qualified pipeline. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports at this time. The Job Responsibilities Include • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels. • Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report on campaign performance against revenue goals. • Manage the demand generation budget, tracking spend against ROI and reallocating based on channel performance. • Own funnel content end-to-end: blog posts, ebooks/guides, landing pages, and nurture email copy that fuel campaigns - this is our first dedicated content hire, so the expectation is building the engine, not just staffing it. • Ensure all campaign content reflects current positioning and messaging maintained by the Director, Product Marketing. • Establish a scalable, repeatable content calendar and production workflow. • Build and manage lead nurture email programs and campaign workflows inside HubSpot, working within the lead scoring and account routing logic the GTM Engineer designs and maintains. • Partner with the GTM Engineer on campaign-specific automation needs and data requirements, without owning the underlying tech stack, integrations, or scoring/routing architecture. • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign-level workflow issues, escalating systemic or infrastructure issues to the GTM Engineer. • Partner with the Manager, Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships on webinar and event promotion strategy, registration goals, and post-event lead nurture (Events owns strategy, logistics, and execution; Growth Marketing owns the pipeline goals and follow-up). • Partner with the Director, Product Marketing to ensure campaigns and content reflect current narrative, positioning, and competitive messaging. • Partner with the SDR function on lead handoff, MQL quality feedback, and conversion tracking. • Analyze campaign and content performance data to identify what's working, kill what isn't, and continuously optimize for MQL volume, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition. • Stay current on emerging channels and AI-powered marketing/content tools, piloting new tactics to keep programs ahead of the curve. • Other duties as assigned. Position Summary The DRG Auditor is responsible for reviewing post-billed inpatient claims to identify and validate missed reimbursement opportunities based on diagnosis and procedure coding. Working within a specialized DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group) database, DRG Reviewers utilize their technical expertise in ICD-10 coding to analyze medical records, determine coding accuracy, and make recommendations that optimize hospital reimbursement. This role requires certification as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) and a deep understanding of medical record documentation, clinical coding guidelines, and DRG reimbursement methodology. This position is responsible for handling patient health information (PHI) and maintaining extreme privacy and security as it relates to confidential and proprietary information. Key Responsibilities • Review inpatient claims imported into the DRG database, focusing on diagnosis, procedures, grouping logic, and reimbursement accuracy. • Analyze weekly hospital billing files, identifying underpaid claims based on ICD-10 diagnosis and procedure codes. • Conduct detailed medical record reviews post-bill to determine if submitted diagnosis and procedure codes are accurate and complete. • Navigate medical records efficiently, targeting specific sections (e.g., discharge summary, operative reports) based on system edits and flagged items. • Match clinical documentation in the medical record to corresponding ICD-10 codes, ensuring DRG accuracy. • Identify and correct errors such as under coded or misclassified diagnoses and procedures. • Utilize Health ROI system edits to detect specific high-value opportunities (e.g., dialysis, occlusion, embolization, catheterization). • Make reimbursement improvement recommendations and submit findings for client review and approval. • Collaborate with leadership on case prioritization and workflow management. • Stay informed on coding updates, payer guidelines, and DRG changes to support accurate recommendations. • Analyze client reporting. • Identify new revenue opportunities related to all inpatient DRG related components. • Other duties as required. Requirements and Qualifications • Associate's or bachelor's degree in health information management or related field required. (RHIT or RHIA credentialed individuals encouraged). • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification required. • 2-3 years' experience in DRG validation, inpatient medical coding, or related coding review. • Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding guidelines, DRG reimbursement methodology, and hospital billing processes. • Proficient in reading and interpreting clinical documentation across multiple departments (e.g., nursing, operative, radiology, pharmacy). • Experience working in a post-bill coding environment and familiarity with DRG grouping software and billing databases. • Analytical thinker with a focus on financial impact and reimbursement accuracy. • Comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms, EMRs, and data systems. • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
