Youth Development Professional- Battle Creek Elementary School Responsible for executing hands-on programs with youth focused on achieving three priority outcomes: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship. Positions are available for all age groups, K-12th graders. Execute Club programs and activities that support Youth Development Outcomes, under the guidance of the Unit Director and Program Outcomes Directors. Facilitate fun and educational activities with kids, staying consistent with organizational goals and mission. Read lesson plans, lay out materials in advance, and perform other tasks to prepare for day-to-day program activities. Ensure that members are encouraged to participate in a variety of program areas/activities and receive instruction and constructive feedback to develop skills in program area(s). Maintain control of the group. Demonstrate leadership to ensure proper conduct, safety, and development of members. Implement discipline procedures when needed in accordance with the organization's discipline policy. Form positive relationships with youth. Mentor, coach, and encourage them to believe in themselves and their dreams. Demonstrate professionalism and appropriate conduct at all times. Keep members safe by following and enforcing all child safety policies and procedures in effect at your Club site. Ensure program areas are clean, safe, well ventilated and well-lit. Make sure Club equipment is maintained in good working condition. Clean your area at the end of each day. Take accurate attendance for each activity. Turn in timesheets and other required paperwork on time. May oversee special programs and/or events (i.e. Keystone, Youth of the Year and Awards Programs), and/or participate in the implementation of other club activities as necessary. May be required to drive Club van or authorized automobile periodically. May consult with parents concerning member and Club issues. Must work with predetermined group partner and be able to work as a team player with all peers. High School diploma. Some experience working with children is required. Previous experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities with groups of young people is strongly preferred. Must be able to relate to young people and control a classroom, while also making sure activities are FUN for the youth. Teamwork skills, patience, and creativity are a must. Must be reliable and punctual-kids will be counting on you! Must show up on time and be ready to give them your full attention.

Compensation and Benefits: • Pay OTE: $120,000–$250,000 per year, plus incentives. • Performance Pay + Commission Offset (payment on sales activities) • Vehicle allowance (for qualifying vehicles) • Company Provided Leads (supplement self-generated efforts) • Training, Mentorship, tools and tech provided Day in the Life: • Morning: Route planning, review yesterday's follow-ups, confirm inspections. • Midday: Door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood networking, perform exterior inspections, assist homeowner in claim process or retail quote. Enter data using our mobile canvass application. • Afternoon: Door-to-door canvassing, Run scheduled inspections (leads), documentation, estimates in our leading CRM Service Titan. • Evening: Customer follow-ups, proposal reviews, pipeline updates. Responsibilities and Activities: • Generate Leads: Identify new clients through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals. • Convert Issued Leads: Marketing will provide various lead types through internal and external channels. Leads are supplemental to your generated efforts. • Conduct Roof/Exterior Inspections: Assess properties for storm damage and overall exterior diagnosis to identify and establish need, measure project areas, and document the condition of materials. • Educate Homeowners: Explain and build value in our products and services, our brand, discuss the insurance claims process or retail pricing with financing, ensuring the customer understands their exterior home solution options. • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong client connections to drive satisfaction and generate referrals. • Monitor Sales Performance: Identify market opportunities, track progress, and share updates with internal team and Branch Sales Leadership • Solve Problems: Address client concerns to ensure seamless experience from inspection to installation. Qualifications: • 1-2+ years full cycle sales experience with a proven track record preferred • 1-2 years' experience using CRM (Service Titan, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 preferred • Valid driver's license, reliable and insured vehicle; working availability to include evenings/weekends. • Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and organizational skills • Self-directed, coachable, resilient and motivated by performance-based compensation • Comfortable with outdoor field work and using mobile apps, mobile device for photos/notes/lead entries. Location: Nashville, Franklin, Hendersonville, Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Spring Hill, Columbia and surrounding areas. Field based territory travel. #HP
