Substitute Library Clerk To assist the teacher librarian and building principal in the maintenance of the library collection and in the operations of the library/media center, providing assistance to students and teachers. Maintain library collection at direction of teacher librarian. Assist students in finding appropriate materials. Assist teaching staff in securing appropriate reference materials. Under the direction of the teacher librarian, assist students in use of the media center. Keep abreast of children's literature materials in consultation with teaching staff. Assist teaching staff in securing AV equipment and materials. Provide minor maintenance on AV equipment. Maintain library area as a functional teaching center. Maintain library inventory. Recommend additions or deletions to the library collection. Library instruction within units of study. Provide an appropriate role model for the students. Maintain confidentiality on sensitive information. Other duties as assigned. Must be capable of standing throughout the work day. Must present appropriate appearance and personal cleanliness suited to working in close proximity to school age children and adults. Must be able to work with interruptions during a work shift. Must be capable of working with students with different personalities, capabilities, and physical and mental limitations. Must have physical dexterity in limbs and digits necessary to physically interact with children in a school setting.

Flood Claims Examiner This is an intermediary level examiner position within Allcat's Flood program. This is a predominantly Flood QA review position with desk adjusting possibilities. In this position you will be required to review flood claims and provide feedback to field adjusters based on your prior claims adjusting experience. All claim will be reviewed and approved in line within current Standard Flood Insurance Policy guidelines. We Have Immediate Openings – Start Right Away! Position: Flood Claims Examiner Location: Remote Department: Flood - Quality Assurance Primary Duties • Reviews incoming moderate to complex residential and commercial property estimates for accuracy and compliance with carrier-specific guidelines. • Provides feedback to and collaborates with independent adjusters to correct estimates as necessary. • Contributes to business goals, performance metrics, and effectively uses tools & technology. • Supports workload surges and/or catastrophe operations as needed to include working significant overtime during designated catastrophe events. • Acquires and applies knowledge of dwelling construction terminology and techniques, estimating best practices and Xactimate estimates. Minimum Requirements • High School Diploma or GED. • Requires an All Lines Insurance Adjuster's license. • Prior experience reviewing NFIP SFIP Dwelling, General Property and RCBAP Claims • 8+ years of residential or commercial property claims experience OR 4+ years of flood experience • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and easily acclimates to changes in process/systems for overall improvement of the organization. • High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing residential estimates to carrier specific standards. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel, and Word. Preferred • NFIP Certification • College degree. • 2+ years of customer service experience. • Experience using XactAnalysis and Xactimate. • Prior military experience. Work Schedule • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. • Schedules may vary based upon business needs.
