How You'll Make an Impact    • Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in assigned non-bulk multi-dwelling unit properties with 49 or fewer doors. • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience. • Meet or exceed established monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio, as defined in the Standards of Sales Performance. • Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new or additional Spectrum services within assigned properties. • Respond to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy, using appropriate tools and resources, and follow through to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved. • Maintain a well-informed knowledge base of competitors' activities, pricing, and offers throughout the assigned territory, and inform the supervisor/manager of changing competitive programs or marketing directions. • Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and training programs; apply learning and feedback to improve individual sales results. • Accurately complete all necessary documentation to support sales activities, including dispositions, sales orders, and sales reporting, in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines and required timeframes. • Collect and account for funds and provide receipts according to Company policy and guideline Working Conditions    • Spends approximately 80% of time in outside environment for extended periods of time in any season with potential exposure to inclement weather • Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds for 20 - 30 feet (digital boxes, etc.) • Exposure to moderate noise levels • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and split days off What You'll Bring to Spectrum    Required Qualifications    Education    • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience Experience    • 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience Skills    • Knowledge of cold call sales techniques and persuasive communication • Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle, including during inclement weather • Capacity to work outdoors for extended periods in any season or weather • Familiarity with computer operating systems, consumer and commercial communications devices such as smartphones, routers and wireless equipment, and computer software applications • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record meeting Spectrum standards Preferred Qualifications Experience • 1+ years of sales or related work experience Skills • Understanding of communications technologies and services, particularly data networking fundamentals • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services • Experience educating consumers about products and services • Success in sales, prospecting or cold calling, with direct sales experience preferred #LI-EW2 SMD311 2026-82914 SMD311 2026 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers. Chaplain The Chaplain is a member of the interdisciplinary team and focuses on the spiritual needs of patients, families, caregivers and staff, including volunteers. The chaplain provides pastoral care interventions, including pastoral counseling, which are determined by spiritual assessment, the specific setting and sensitivity to a variety of values, beliefs and religious orientations. The chaplain seeks excellence in pastoral care, which requires authentic demeanor, compassion and skill in dealing with the spiritual dynamics of illness, loss and death. Qualifications • Qualified candidates must have ordination or commission to function in a ministry of pastoral care and has received the endorsement of and is in good standing with his/her body of faith. • Five years of pastoral experience preferred - two in a clinical setting. • A minimum of 1 unit (400 hours), preferably two (2) or more, of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) accredited by one of the following: Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, National Association of Catholic Chaplains or the Canadian Association for Pastoral Practice and Education. • Equivalencies to CPE may include one of the following: Evidence of clinical pastoral educational experience that includes supervision of ministry, peer group participation and theological reflection; AAMFT, AAPC, or AMHC certification; or DMin or other accredited graduate degree in pastoral care. • Knowledge and skill in dealing with spiritual dynamics of illness, loss and death. • Ability to function as a member of an interdisciplinary team. • Commitment to professional growth and development. Education • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution. • Master's of Divinity or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited (ATS) seminary or theological school required. Required Qualifications • You have at least 6-8 years of experience working in software implementations. • You have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel • You have experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies • You will have the ability to travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel • Associates that are located near an ADP or WorkForce office, would be expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
