Key Responsibilities • Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs. • Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary. • Engage in regular consultation with other professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated care for clients. • Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulations and organizational procedures, keeping paperwork to a minimum. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a wide spectrum of clients, including individuals grappling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues.
