Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalen. • Proven experience as a general laborer or in a similar role for 1 to 2 years. • Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. • Knowledge of safe work practices and handling materials safely. • Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in general labor tasks. • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Good communication skills and a positive attitude. • Punctual and reliable with dependable transportation • Experience using hand and power tools • Experience working in a team-based production environment. Physical & Environmental Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. • Ability to work indoors in a warehouse environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures. • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools. Work Schedule & Benefits • Full-time schedule, standard first shift hours Monday-Friday • Overtime may be required based on production needs. • Paid Time off after 90 days • Benefits after 60 days: Health, Dental and Life Insurance
