As part of your role, you will primarily be supporting clients through virtual therapy sessions while also engaging in collaborative activities with our interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. • Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client issues related to mental health and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly. • Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies as appropriate. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support for clients facing complex challenges. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and client interactions in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies. • Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and keep informed about advances in the mental health field. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various life transitions. We prioritize providing culturally competent care to ensure all clients feel understood and valued. Qualifications • A master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. • Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or an equivalent credential is essential. • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a variety of mental health concerns. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients. • A driven individual with the ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. Preferred Experience • Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting providing therapeutic services. • Experience working with clients diagnosed with complex mental health disorders. • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy services. • Demonstrated success in developing treatment plans and implementing client-centered interventions. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
