Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, overseeing, and integrating safety and security programs for the Center. Must be available to work any shift and day of the week due to a 24/7 operation.ResponsibilitiesEnsures and enforces all laws, rules and policies within his/her scope of authority.Foot patrols all assigned areas and remains alert for disturbances, fires, safety hazards, traffic violators, suspicious acts and persons, and other unusual conditions.Aids and assists visitors, student employees, and staff in every way possible.Performs building security and safety checks.Receives complaints and performs appropriate investigations.Provides transportation service as needed.Investigates vehicle accidents at the Center.Issues visitor passes and temporary parking permits.Performs main entrance duty.Assists staff in quelling disturbances.Prepares written accident reports and other reports as required.Coordinates recruiting, selecting, and training of security cadets.Participates in preparation and enforcement of Center's safety and fire prevention program.Conducts daily briefing with security cadets that cover assignments, proper dress, and procedures.Provides written and oral reports, briefings, or summaries to appropriate staff.Ensures all equipment is properly maintained.Provides vehicle checks to entering and exiting traffic.Adheres to required property control policies and procedures.Works towards meeting performance standard goals.Complies with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulation, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Bizzell policies and procedures, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Center policies and procedures.Maintains good housekeeping in all areas and complies with safety practices.Follows CDSS plan and Code of Conduct system daily.Helps students become more employable through continuous reinforcement.Demonstrates and abides by The Bizzell Group's core values and operating principles.Models, mentors, and monitors appropriate Career Success Standards.Participation in PRH-mandated staff training is mandatory. Safety related training preferred.At least one year in a residential living setting and background in youth programs preferred.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. This position has manufacturing operation responsibilities for the assembly of TWG products. Essential Responsibilities: • Assemble parts according to Bill of Material, Bill of Operations, engineering drawings and any other related controlled documents. • Operates hydraulic and manual presses to assist in assembly operation. • Performs test procedures on assemblies as directed. • Required to maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system. • Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment. • Be able to drive forklift truck, hand trucks or manually move parts as directed or required. • Complete kitting parts based on production schedule. • May be required to train other employees and help in other departments as directed. • Other essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required. • This position is also responsible for, with authority to follow ISO procedures, initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute to problem solutions, verify implementation of solutions, control further processing when a problem is identified, protect the environment, including preventing pollution, analyzing or identifying areas for correction or improvement. Qualifications/Requirements: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must be able to travel as required and /or directed. Garnett Rd, Tulsa Salary: $14.42 / hour Status: Part-Time, 20 hours / week Schedule: Mondays 5-9pm Tuesdays Noon -9pm Thursdays 9am-1pm Fridays 10am-2pm *With some rotating Saturdays and Sundays Essential Functions and Qualifications Include: • Provides general information in person and by phone assisting customers in locating and discovering materials, connecting with available library services, or providing information about the library, referring reference questions to the appropriate resource; • Assists customers with self check-out machines by instructing how to charge, renew, and discharge library materials to/from customers; • Registers customers by issuing and updating library cards; • Sorts and routes returned materials to proper location and ensures that the library is neat and organized so customers can easily find what they need; • Receives and records fines and lost materials information; • Checks library materials for damage and performs minor repairs; • Maintains orderly service areas;. • Maintains periodical collections, sorts gift items, and prepares new books for circulation as directed; • May help customers with basic technology and Internet problems; • May assist Librarians with programming, as assigned; • Actively supports TCCL's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion efforts, and the Library's Be All In culture; • Performs other duties as assigned.
