Duties and Responsibilities • Check accuracy and stability of the load • Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards • Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers • Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments • Pick up company property and secure company assets • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures Qualifications • Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old • Clean Driving Record • Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations • Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach • Minimum 1-year of general work experience • Ability to work with minimal supervision Preferred Experience • Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience • Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program • Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus Applicants with disabilities may be entitled to reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act and certain Texas or local laws.
