Job Summary Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversee materials are received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with established procedures. Direct and supervise warehouse staff. Review effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization and protection of equipment. Job Description Responsibilities: • Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Ensure overtime is maintained within budget allotted. - Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Ensure the accuracy of the inventory. • Account for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities. Audit goods received into warehouse. • Coach and mentor team members in the areas of productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values. • Ensure all routine paperwork is completed on time and are filled out accurately. • Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members. • Lead day-to-day activities of employees. Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts and provides technical guidance on more complex issues. Provide input into hiring, firing and performance reviews. • Work with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues. Relevant Work Experience: • At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff. - At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level. The anticipated salary range for this position: $67,000.00 - $101,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Each of our 6 units is staffed with a team of certified nursing assistants, a licensed nurse and a nurse manager. Nursing staff partner closely with our Therapy Department, Restorative Nursing, Dietary, Licensed Social Workers, Activities staff and Health Information staff to provide the highest quality of individualized care to our residents. Panorama's C&R is rated a 5 STAR facility CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) and is a source of pride to our staff, volunteers, and residents. JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for ensuring the general health and well-being of residents through the delivery of comprehensive and high quality services in our Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center per state guidelines, and mentoring nursing assistants. Primary duties include medication and treatment for long term care and short term sub-acute residents. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Licensure: Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with the State of Washington required. Due to continued growth we are in need of a Warehouse Operator to join our team. The Warehouse Operator is an integral part of our team's success. Our Warehouse Operators are responsible for operating machinery to move materials around a facility for shipping, processing and receiving. This might include unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, locating, picking, relocating, and stacking product. Responsibilities: • Catalogues, records, and organizes materials received at the warehouse; Arrange materials for order assembly • Fulfills worksheets or tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions • Locates and gathers products for to move and distribute to production workers, assembly line, or to shipping areas • Assembles, builds, wraps, sorts, and transports customer orders • Operates hand truck, cart, doilies, forklift, order-picker, and walkie to transport items • Maintain a clean and safe work area Required Experience: • Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
