Job Summary: Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse. Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders. Certified to operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery. We are looking for a talented Customer Service and Warehouse Operator to join our Distribution business in (Wichita, KS). This is 100% onsite Will make an impact in the following ways: • Receive, inspect, sort, label, store, pick, pack, and ship materials accurately and efficiently • Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet riders to support warehouse operations • Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems and business software • Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials to identify damage, discrepancies, or non-conforming products • Support customer service and parts sales activities by assisting customers, processing orders, and responding to product inquiries • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures • Collaborate with warehouse, parts, operations, and customer service teams to meet business and customer expectations • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, material flow, productivity, and employee development In order to be successful in this role you will need the following: • Experience working in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, parts, or logistics environments • Ability to safely operate powered industrial vehicles and warehouse equipment • Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform inventory and quality control activities • Ability to use warehouse systems, scanners, computer applications, and inventory management tools • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to assist internal and external customers • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain required certifications • Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers promptly, determine their needs, and assist them in finding the correct parts or accessories. • Parts Sales: Process part orders, upsell relevant products, and handle cash or credit transactions accurately. • Product Knowledge: Answer questions regarding part compatibility, warranties, and installation, maintaining a high level of technical and product knowledge. Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.Requires certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider, etc.) and/or other heavy machinery.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Job Summary Responsible for patient scheduling, pre-registration and insurance authorization for the outpatient departments. Essential Functions • Responds to calls including patients, physicians, physicians' office staff, peers, and determines the urgency of the situation. Suggests appropriate referrals. • Answers telephones for department, prioritizes, screens, and redirects calls. Answers questions, handles routine matters and takes messages. • Schedules all appointments for patients on the SMS scheduling system and works with the manager to meet these goals. • Will mail each patient a letter to confirm their appointment, inform patient about the test(s) and discuss the necessary preparation information if scheduled appointment is more than three (3) days out. • Completes all types of outpatient registrations in a professional, accurate, customer-oriented and timely manner. • Obtains information from patient health insurance or managed care identification card. • Maintains forms in all printers at all times, which may require lifting or carrying cases of forms. Must have knowledge of all software and hardware computerized equipment. • Works with individual physician offices and their office managers on obtaining correct information for scheduling appointments. • Performs work of equal skill and responsibility as directed. May also perform work of a higher level in preparation for increased responsibilities or when the department requires. • Attends all required safety training programs and can describe his or her responsibilities related to general safety, department/service safety, and specific job-related hazards. • Follows the hospital exposure control plans/blood borne and airborne pathogens.v • Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment. • Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a department/unit team inter- and intradepartmental to facilitate the department's/unit's ability to meet its goals and objectives. • Manages TYSABRI Outreach: Unified Commitment to Health (TOUCH) program through Biogen website.
