About the Role As a Front Desk Associate, you are the heart of the studio experience. You'll help ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, positivity, and community. You'll support daily operations, assist with membership and retail sales, and maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment. • Promote an exceptional member and new guest experience • Sell Yoga Joint memberships and retail products with confidence and care • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully presented studio • Provide outstanding customer service at all times • Comfortably use our studio point-of-sale system • Assist with studio turnover between classes and general maintenance • Participate in community events to build brand awareness • Uphold Yoga Joint's high standards in every interaction • Work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations & support revenue goals • Exude a positive, upbeat, and professional attitude at all times *A full job description with additional responsibilities will be provided during the interview process. Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting in food preparation, including cutting, chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and portion sizes. • Adhering to food safety and sanitation practices, maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and handling food items properly. • Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as knives, slicers, mixers, and food processors. • Monitoring inventory levels and notify management of low stock items, participating in inventory counts and restocking activities. • Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow, timely completion of tasks, and adherence to production schedules. • Following company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including health and safety standards, food handling guidelines, and cleanliness protocols. Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has openings for full-time experienced line cooks in our Main Clubhouse and various outlets. Currently undergoing a full Golf renovation, we are excited to re-open our 18-hole Championship Golf Course and brand new Golf Clubhouse which will include two new dining outlets. SUMMARY: As a member of the Kitchen Culinary Team, you will set up and maintain your work station for lunch and/or dinner service. Line Cooks will work as a team with each other as well as with servers and supervisors to ensure all orders are accurate and prepared in a timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections in addition to the weekly specials. • Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare Kitchen menu items and specials. • Cross-train on all Kitchen stations: Pantry, Grill, Flat, and Prep. • Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can always be organized and easily accessible. • Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler on a daily basis. Perform utility duties when a utility staff member is not scheduled. • Conducts self in a proper manner due to open nature of the kitchen. COMPENSATION: Competitive based on experience.
