Overview Stockers are to receive, price, sensor (if applicable) and inspect freight. Stockers must be proficient in all aspects of the Cavender's Boot City stocking system, and knowledgeable of all paperwork associated with each stocking function. Stockers must prioritize merchandise by order of importance (i.e., empty wrangler shelves should be restocked before empty polish racks are restocked). Stockers are also responsible for keeping the store neat and clean inside and outside. Duties and Responsibilities • Support the "Cavender's Culture" and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values • Support stocking tasks accurately and efficiently • Keep work area neat, clean, and organized • Be knowledgeable of all CBC policies and procedures • Be knowledgeable of all CBC stocking procedures: • Return to Stock (RTS) • Return to Vendor (RTV) • Validating packing slips • Tagging merchandise • Sensor tagging merchandise (if applicable) • Keep back-stock moving out to the sales floor to the proper locations • Report to work promptly, neatly groomed, and appropriately dressed • Be security conscious at all times • Perform all other miscellaneous duties as assigned • Work with supervisors to understand all actions needed to impact the desired goals set by the company (i.e. Web order completion rate, Company, or Vendor contests) Qualifications and Requirements • Job requires associate to raise or lower objects from one level to another regularly during shift • Job requires associate, on a regular basis, to carry objects up to 50 lbs • Job requires that the associate regularly pick up objects up to 50 lbs • Ability to comprehend basic instructions • Ability to interpret documents • Ability to apply abstract principles to a wide range of complex tasks • Ability to understand the meanings of words and effectively respond • Associate must be able to read English. • Associate must be able to understand English • Associate must be able to stay alert during work hours assigned Cavender's is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for operating a company delivery truck, delivering products to stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. Drivers are also responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays.This role requires safely operating a delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable, loading and unloading product, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. Essential Responsibilities: • Assemble parts according to Bill of Material, Bill of Operations, engineering drawings and any other related controlled documents. • Operates hydraulic and manual presses to assist in assembly operation. • Performs test procedures on assemblies as directed. • Required to maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system. • Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment. • Be able to drive forklift truck, hand trucks or manually move parts as directed or required. • Complete kitting parts based on production schedule. • May be required to train other employees and help in other departments as directed. • Other essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required. • This position is also responsible for, with authority to follow ISO procedures, initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute to problem solutions, verify implementation of solutions, control further processing when a problem is identified, protect the environment, including preventing pollution, analyzing or identifying areas for correction or improvement.
