Compensation: Hourly- $17.13 to $20.00 per hour to start Full-Time Benefits: • Great working environment • Paid Training • Generous incentive and bonus programs • Paid Vacations: 5 days after 1 year anniversary, 10 days after 2 year anniversary, and 15 days after 7 year anniversary • Holiday pay: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day if the Holiday does not land on a day in which the dealership and/or department is regularly closed or is a regularly scheduled day off. • Medical • Dental and Vision insurance • 401K Responsibilities: • Check and communicate oil level to teammates • Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation • Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary • Complete vehicle inspection • Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter • Clean and lubricate fittings as needed • Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first. • Ensure shop cleanliness • Clean shop and tire area as needed • Driving is an essential function. Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in an accredited automotive program, T-10 preferred. • Recent or current experience working in a dealership and or automotive repair facility. • Communication skills - communicates effectively with others. • Time management - managing one's own time and time of others. • Basic computer skills. • Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance. This is a safety sensitive position, subject to drug testing including for marijuana.

Description Job Title: UGM Thrift Store Program Associate Reports To: Processing Manager UGM considers every position one of ministry and a vital and valued part of our team. SUMMARY OF POSITION: UGM Thrift Stores specialize in reselling, reusing, and recycling slightly used donated clothing, furniture, and household items. The Processing Associate works to process donations from donors to retail. This includes, but not limited to, accepting, sorting and pricing donated items. This includes but is not limited to compliance with company policies and standards, procedures, and the UGM Mission Statement. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Result Area #1: Culture, Training and Best Practices • Able to daily perform any of the required job duties within the processing team. This includes all requirements related to accepting donations, presorting and pricing merchandise. • Welcome donors in a timely manner in a way that they feel confident that UGM Thrift Stores appreciates them and understands their value. • Handle the receiving and donation process with the utmost respect and care including, greeting the donor, assisting in unloading donations, telling the UGM story, repeating details back to donor and issuing a receipt. • Recognize quality merchandise and effectively seek guidance on pricing from Processing Manager. • Work with and effectively communicate with the Processing Manager, other processing employees and donors on a daily basis. • Serve with fellow employees so that there is a healthy and productive work environment. • Adhere to daily and weekly production goals. • Produce quick and accurate work in a face-paced environment. • Understand and comply with policies and procedures related to donated items, including prohibited items and pricing guides. Key Result Area #2: Environment and Safety • Assist in maintaining a clean and well-organized reception, presort and processing areas. • Maintain clean and well-organized personal processing station. • Adhere to, daily, all employee policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Policy and Procedures manual and the UGM Mission Statement. EQUIPMENT/TOOLS USED: • Variety of tools used in the pricing and production process, i.e. pricing guns, steamers, z-racks, clothing racks and displays, forklift, carts, etc. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • High School diploma or GED required.
