Non-Residential Case Manager The Spring is hiring a full time Non-Residential Case Manager! The Spring is a faith-based service provider, shelter, and advocacy organization for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. We offer a safe home and supportive services that assist survivors and their children on their journey out of abuse. The Non-Residential Case Manager provides trauma-informed case management to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, creating individualized service and safety plans, assisting with applications for essential services, and offering ongoing emotional support and crisis intervention. The position also facilitates support groups, coordinates referrals with community partners, and advocates to reduce service barriers. Duties and Responsibilities: Direct Client Services • Provide trauma-informed case management to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. Offer emotional support, crisis intervention, and empowerment-based advocacy • Assist clients with applications and paperwork, including employment, housing, healthcare, victim compensation, protective orders, addiction services, social services, and legal filings • Conduct comprehensive intakes and needs assessments to create individualized service and safety plans • Meet with clients at least monthly to review and update service goals and safety plans • Facilitate support and educational groups for non-residential clients Resource Connection & Advocacy • Provide information, referrals, and warm hand-offs to community partners and social service agencies • Collaborate with law enforcement, legal advocates, healthcare providers, and other professionals to support holistic care • Advocate on behalf of clients to reduce barriers and increase access to services Documentation & Compliance • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case notes and service records. • Ensure all services and documentation meet OAG standards and reporting requirements. • Track client progress toward goals and outcomes in accordance with agency policy. • Deliver non-residential services and groups in compliance with OAG standards. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field preferred Qualifications: • One year experience in social services preferred • Experience in domestic violence or sexual assault field, volunteer experience, or related experience is suggested • Familiarity with Oklahoma laws and systems impacting survivors • PRSS certification a plus • Must be able to sign The Spring's Statement of Faith • Valid driver's license Skills, Abilities and Knowledge: • Knowledge of domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, and stalking dynamics • Understanding of trauma-informed care principles • Familiarity with social service systems, including housing, healthcare, employment resources, and addiction services • Knowledge of victim rights, protective orders, and related legal processes • Understanding of OAG standards, reporting requirements, and compliance expectations • Knowledge of community resources and referral networks • Ability to build trust and rapport with survivors of trauma • Ability to remain calm and supportive during crises • Ability to work independently while managing a client caseload • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary partners (law enforcement, legal advocates, healthcare providers, etc.) • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and update service/safety plans accordingly • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening) • Organization and time management, including maintaining accurate documentation The Spring is committed to providing a benefits package that strives to meet the needs of its employees and their dependents. Walmart Spark Drivers pick up and deliver Walmart orders, including groceries and general merchandise, to customers using their own vehicle. Drivers use the Spark app to accept delivery offers, load orders into their vehicle, and complete deliveries within scheduled time windows. This is a flexible independent contractor role. Average pay: $15 – $25 per hour depending on order volume, incentives, and tips.

Position Title: School Nurse Substitute Reports To: Building Principal, District Nursing Supervisor, and/or Director of Special Education Position Summary The School Nurse Substitute provides temporary nursing services in theabsence of the school nurse to support the health, safety, and well-being of students and staff. Responsibilities include assessing student health concerns, administering medications, managing medical emergencies, maintaining health records, and collaborating with school personnel and families to ensure students can safely participate in the educational environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provide nursing assessment and care for students presenting with illness, injury, or health concerns. • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, district policy, and state regulations. • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid, CPR, and emergency interventions as needed. • Implement student health plans, emergency action plans, and individualized healthcare plans. • Monitor students with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, asthma, seizures, severe allergies, and other medical needs. • Determine when students should return to class, be sent home, or require emergency medical services. • Maintain accurate and confidential student health records and documentation. • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student illnesses, injuries, and health concerns. • Collaborate with administrators, teachers, counselors, and support staff regarding student health needs. • Follow district policies regarding communicable disease prevention and infection control. • Assist with health screenings as assigned. • Maintain inventory and organization of health office supplies and medications. • Ensure compliance with state laws, district policies, and nursing standards of practice. Qualifications • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Oklahoma. • Current CPR and First Aid certification. • Ability to assess and respond appropriately to student health needs and emergencies. • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. • Experience in pediatric, school, public health, emergency, or community nursing preferred. • Pass OSBI background check Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Knowledge of pediatric health conditions and school health practices. • Ability to make independent nursing judgments in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to prioritize multiple student needs and emergencies. • Proficiency with electronic health records and district technology systems. • Ability to establish positive working relationships with students, families, and staff. Training Requirement • Required to attend all SSPS substitute employee training(s) and any health clinic-specific training provided by district school nurse(s). • Must demonstrate competency in district health office procedures, emergency response protocols, and student health documentation requirements. Physical Requirements • Ability to lift, move, or assist students as necessary. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and respond quickly to emergencies. • Ability to perform CPR and emergency medical procedures. Work Environment • School setting serving students from diverse backgrounds and with varying healthcare needs. • Exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, and emergency situations. • May be assigned to elementary, middle, or high school campuses as needed.
