The Aviation Customer Service Representative will also collaborate with ground personnel to ensure all ground services are completed and invoiced. Requirements Customer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications: • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required • Must be able to work efficiently to handle payment processing, invoicing, and associated computer entries and paperwork accurately. • Experience preferred in providing top-quality customer service in a face-to-face setting. • Friendly and attentive personality • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with conflict resolution in a customer service environment • Exceptional ability to attend to details • Computer skills (e.g., POS systems, accounting systems, Excel). • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to multitask effectively, interacting with customers, answering phones, and attending to computer work. • Must be able to work Holidays and weekends • Acceptable driving record • Ability to pass a background check • Zero-tolerance drug-free employer; includes pre-employment and random screening CSR Duties Include: • Handling and routing telephone calls with customer-oriented level of service • Face-to-face interactions with customers during over-the-counter sales • Data entry and other computer work, communication with customers via email, track inventory, and process financial transactions via Point of Sale Systems • Excellent attention to detail while ensuring timely and efficient service • Connecting clients to appropriate personnel • Performing administrative support tasks as needed • Maintaining professionalism Competencies: • Customer focus- naturally outgoing/extroverted • Communicate with customers and employees in person, by phone, and through radio communications • Strong computer skills including Microsoft office products and point of sale programs • Basic mathematical knowledge • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by the company's insurance policy (requires a clean driving record) Reporting Relationship: • This position reports to the Customer Service Manager Work Environment: • This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.
