They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of patient utilization data as mandated by state regulations through collection, verification, and submission of data for patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
