What You'll DoResponsible for properly executing security duties on assigned shift, to adequately protect the safety and property of guests, team members, and the company. Administering first aid and emergency medical attention to guests and team members on the property, as required.What You'll BringPractices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of Casino.Generates necessary written reports regarding security-related incidents involving guests, team members and/or the facility, also write incidents in the security log book.Assist security officer II with emergency procedures including fire evacuation and serious incidents.Maintains a working knowledge of facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests of same, whenever possible.Responsible for escorting money transfers to and from the vault, offices and the gaming machines on the floor and maintain security level to safeguard assts.Patrols the property identifying potential security and/or safety hazards, and reporting to the appropriate individual.Tag and report found property, transfers items to lost and found.Maintains a series of keys, accessing locked areas as necessary.Must familiarize with key watch system.Checks identification from all persons who appear to be under the legal age, to ensure compliance with state and federal gaming regulations.You will be responsible for maintaining the extra badges for the team members.You will administer visitor passes to vendors and others that have scheduled meetings or business with the casino.Held to a strict code of confidentiality.You will be required to monitor the two-way radio that should be on your person at all times.Perform other tasks assignedRegulatory & Compliance ResponsibilitiesMust have current Driver's LicenseHigh School diploma or GED.Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.High School diploma or (GED).Minimum of one-year experience in law enforcement or security preferred.Excellent Guest Service skills and experience working with the public required.Ability to work independently and use good judgment.Must be able to multi-taskBasic computer knowledge for data entry.Must have a current driver's license.Operates company vehicles as directed to do so.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levelsGaming License Required? Housekeeping Service Position To provide housekeeping service on a daily basis in a manner which is convenient to the guests, and to promote a positive image of the casino through professional service and attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- Internal Controls, and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures. • Cleans and sanitizes all assigned areas in accordance with company policies and County, State and Federal health requirements including: all lobbies, lounges, food venues andkitchens at the resort and casino. All furniture, walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, sills, corridors, elevators, and stairways in the above assigned areas • Stock, maintain, and secure all storerooms with all needed supplies • Uses high lift or ladders to reach high areas for cleaning. • Remove all trash from casino and designated hotel areas daily. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. • Perform special projects as directed. • Work in a manner, which will cause the least amount of disturbance to the guests, observing guest privacy and requests. • Record and report any maintenance problems found. • Know and abide by all company policies and procedures including safety, security, and emergency procedures. • Excellent customer service skills. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager • Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record. • Ensures sanitation of all kitchen areas and other F&B back of the house areas. • Follows all safety, sanitation and HACCP guidelines when handling and storing food, equipment and chemicals. • Ensures control / protection of company assets. • Maintain a good working relationship with supervisor and chefs and kitchen staff. • This job description does not list all of the duties of this position. Education • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Other Requirements • Must be 18 years of age. • Obtain and maintain [License or Work Permit Level]. • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. • Mandatory high lift training required before operating machinery.
