Your Responsibilities as a Window Genie Technician • Provide Various Services - Whether it's window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, or window tinting, you will directly serve our customers. • Create a Great Customer Experience - After the job, you'll collect payments, do a walkthrough, ask for a review, and make recommendations about additional services. • Maintain Equipment - You'll be responsible for keeping everything clean and in working order. • Follow the Window Genie Way - We know how to deliver our services to make sure our customers are happy and become repeat customers. Job Requirements These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position. • Have your own cell phone and data plan - we need to be able to contact you. • Have reliable transportation to get to work on time. • Be able to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work for extended periods with arms above your head. Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $17.50-$24 per hour. It is dependent on whether you have prior experience in this or other similar general labor positions. The focus of the role is to prep, weigh, and ensure quality of input and output material. The role requires attention to detail and an understanding of extraction equipment and science.
