Team Lead Sales (B2B Retail – DACH) Glow25 grows in the B2B-Retail business with a very high double-digit million growth – and we want to translate this growth phase into a scalable structure. As Team Lead Sales (B2B Retail – DACH), you will take over the operational leadership andend-to-end coordination of our B2B-Retail business in DACH (drugstore, LEH, and specialty channels). Your goal: stabilize internal processes, actively manage interfaces between sales, operations, supply chain, and product, and ensure reliability in implementation. You will work closely with our Director Sales (B2B Retail) and relieve him in the day-to-day business so that he can focus strategically on international expansion and further growth initiatives. To ensure that the Director Sales can maintain this focus, we need a trustworthy, professionally strong person who stabilizes, structures, and consistently drives the operational retail machine in the DACH market. In this area, we need your support: • Operative Leading and Coordinating: You are responsible for sales processes for drugstore, LEH, and specialty channels • Ownership: You take end-to-end responsibility for process stability and internal coordination between sales, supply chain, product, commercial, and ops • Forecasting and Budget Control: At the product level, you are always in close coordination with the key account managers and relevant teams • Interface Management: You ensure that projects run smoothly (e.g., displays, new products, promotions, legal approvals, certificates, operational rollouts) • Sparring & Coaching: Building clear communication and prioritization routines for team alignment • Process Improvement & Scalability: You increase structure and precision in individual steps (e.g., display setups, master data/product parameters, processes) to increase efficiency, reliability, and speed • Sparring Partnering: With the Director Sales, you go into direct sparring on vision, further development of the B2B-Retail setup, and implementation logic of new products/rollouts You report to the Director Sales (B2B Retail) and coordinate technically as well as in the further development a team consisting of: • 3 senior key account managers (drugstore/LEH/specialty channels) • 2 sales support specialists (sales internal service) • 2 project managers (sales/operations interface) You understand yourself as an operational and methodological lead interface: sparring on an equal footing, coaching, prioritization, and ensuring alignment in the team. You bring the following experiences with you: • Several years of experience in the German drugstore and LEH market (mandatory) • Operational know-how around category/promotion logic, displays, logistics basics, supplier processes, and trade partners • High loyalty & trustworthiness – because the role is deeply involved in internal coordination and process control • Ability to moderate complex stakeholder landscapes (ops, product, supply) and balance them result-oriented • Structured, solution-oriented working style with a real ownership mentality ("done means delivered") • Communication and sparring strength on an equal footing (clarity instead of hierarchy) • Tool affinity for modern, digital work (e.g., Asana, Slack, Google Workspace) • Fluent German, good English skills for international coordination You can look forward to: • Flexible working, as you like it. Responsibilities • Support Army logistics materiel management programs through supply management, inventory analysis, warehousing, and strategic initiatives. • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate materiel management operations, inventory performance, supply chain effectiveness, and emerging issues. • Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze information from multiple data sources to support executive decision making and program recommendations. • Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and other written communications supporting Army logistics materiel management initiatives. • Support planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of warehousing, secondary item management, inventory control, and supply management processes. • Coordinate activities and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders to support enterprise materiel management objectives. • Monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, inventory trends, and action items to ensure timely execution. • Facilitate meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions. • Synthesize complex operational and analytical information into actionable recommendations that improve supply chain performance, materiel readiness, and organizational effectiveness. • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to support leadership visibility and informed decision making. • Support strategic planning, inventory assessments, supply chain analysis, and enterprise modernization initiatives, as required. • Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required. • Perform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline. • 10 or more years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, materiel management, warehousing, supply management, DoD, or other complex Government organizations. • Experience supporting inventory management, supply chain operations, warehousing, logistics analysis, or organizational assessments. • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms. • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable recommendations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams. • Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments. • Available for occasional travel. • This position requires an active Secret security clearance.
