As our Security Officer, you will monitor buildings and grounds on the property to ensure the safety and security of employees, patients, and other visitors. Every day you will monitor the property by walking and driving around the premises. Your security detail could include guarding facility and unit access points, monitoring surveillance cameras, testing new security technology, and protecting all employees/visitors against acts of violence should they arise. To be successful in this role, you'll need the ability to remain calm and take action based on the situation, known facts, and understand the position limitations. You are also expected to respond to emergency codes in a timely manner. Previous experience in security/patrol in a healthcare setting is preferred. • Protecting staff, patients, and visitors by responding to calls for assistance in a timely and prudent manner. Calls may include incidents such as violent or unruly patients, visitors, crimes committed or in progress, or to emergency codes, and requests for opening doors. • Patrol the facility and grounds by foot or vehicle; monitor security alarms and dispatch officers promptly to location(s) where needed; and report unsafe acts or conditions. • Knowledge of emergency procedures, equipment, and supplies, including of radios and hospital codes • Reports HIPAA breaches if witnessed; investigate security breaches, conducts investigations, and writes incident reports. • Ensures that all activities are logged. That incident reports are accurately completed that they are clear, concise, legible, and submitted in a timely manner. • Use appropriate emergency and radio codes in dispatching security officers while knowing hospital campus to ensure that dispatches are to write location. Job Title The Detailer performs various detailing and transportation of new and pre-owned boats, motors, trailers and ATV's in support of a TMBC Sales, Service and Parts operation. Essential Functions • Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. • Washes, cleans, waxes, vacuums, etc. interiors and exteriors of boats for scheduled customer pickups, display and service customer units. • Using a fork lift or tractor, participates in the unloading of incoming boats, motors, trailers and ATVs then transport them to various areas within the dealership, i.e. storage lot, outside display, showroom floor or customer delivery area. • Confirms packing list or invoice of all boat loads or other product deliveries. • Transports and stages customer boats and ATV's to service, rigging and storage yard by moving units from one location to another as necessary. • Maintains an updated list of cleaning supplies and inform Service Manager or Service Lead of needed items. • Assists Rigger and Service Specialist with PDI and VIN verification processes. • Informs Service Manager or Service Lead of any unit concerns or required repairs. • Performs grounds and facility maintenance as required. • Keeps work area neat and clean. • All other duties as assigned. JOB FUNCTIONS Major Functional Responsibilities • Perform all required safety check (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspect tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed. Report all safety issues and/or repairs required. • Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately report any and all safety hazards. • Inspect trailer for properly loaded and secured freight. Perform count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded. Check and complete in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight. Move tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed. • Ensure that tractor, trailer and freight are appropriately locked and/or secured at all times. Unload damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork and procedures at end of shift.
