Position Summary: Join us as our Front Desk Agent and kickstart magical moments for families and travelers eager for their Orlando adventure. In this position, you'll be the face of our hotel, ensuring a smooth welcome for arrivals and efficient send-offs for departures. Beyond guest interactions, you'll balance the day shift accounts and perform other administrative duties to keep the front desk running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will be: • Enhancing Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding service, smoothly handle check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest needs to ensure a memorable stay. • Upholding Operational Standards: Keep the front desk running seamlessly, balancing accounts and maintaining procedures with precision. • Teaming for Excellence: Collaborate with security and housekeeping to maintain a safe, welcoming environment throughout the day. Ideal Candidate: You're the right fit if you're approachable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, with a knack for problem-solving and excellent communication skills. Front Desk Agent Compensation Amount: 16.00 USD Hourly Job Summary The Front Desk Agent must have the ability to perform all desk attendant functions including checking guests and vendors in and out, reservations, and switchboard. Must have strong customer services skills. Job Description Essential Functions • Provide administrative, reception and program support to management and staff. • Manage phone activity including providing general knowledge to callers. • Manage walk-in traffic. Sign in customers as needed. Smile and greet customers in a welcoming manner. • Register and assign rooms to guests. • Provide quotes for room rates and up-sell the guest when possible. • Assist in coordinating the Front Desk and the Housekeeping Department. • Verify that the correct charges and credits are posted to the corresponding guest folio.
